What is the TBIW Mentorship Program?

We seek to be a forum for rich learning and development for both mentees and mentors. We are committed to creating growth opportunities for women in the sport while developing a strong community of female leaders across all sectors of the triathlon industry. 

Who manages TBIW?

A team of ardent volunteers and the TBIW Advisory Committee:

Who supports TBIW?

 TBIW program partners include the Outspoken Women in Triathlon Summit, Women For Tri, the USAT Women's Committee and Women in the Business of Endurance Sports, the closed Facebook group created by Tina Wilmott which our mentors and mentees will use for their social forum. 

How does it work?

  • All women from triathlon, swim, bike and/or run are welcome.
  • There is no cost to participate.
  • This is a 1:1 mentorship program with a six month commitment.
